SALES ADMIN ASSISTANCE

  • Performs administrative and office support activities
  • Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
  • Willing to learn

TELEMARKETER

  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes.
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
  • Able to understand company’s selling products and cost by heart.
